Amplified Cleaning LLC - Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services:

Amplified Cleaning LLC agrees to provide professional house cleaning services as agreed upon with the client.

2. Pricing and Payment:

The client agrees to the pricing outlined in the service agreement. You are charged on the day of your service

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be communicated within 48 hours/2 days before the scheduled service.

Should you need to cancel service or skip a cleaning day, just give us 48 hours notice. We will need to charge up to 75% of your cleaning for any cancel under 48 hours because our staff depend on their scheduled hours.

Late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of amount for the skipped or last minute cancel prices.

4. Access and Security:

The client agrees to provide access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning hours. Amplified Cleaning LLC will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the property.

5. Liability:

Amplified Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing damages. Clients are encouraged to report any issues within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to clean any missed areas or complete any missed needs within 24 hours, GUARANTEED!

6. Confidentiality:

Amplified Cleaning LLC agrees to keep all client information and keys confidential.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If the client is not satisfied with the service, Amplified Cleaning LLC will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issue.

8. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments MUST be settled upon termination.

9. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida.
